I was always told it was after 3 days, meaning you can take 3 but not 4. I have well over a month's worth of sick time, I never take it, I wish they wouldn't be such pains about this.

Most companies it's 2 days need a Dr note to come back after 3 off

Afternoon everyone. How's the day going??
I finally made the time to get to Fedex to ship a package that I was suppose to ship over a month ago. Hope the recipient isn't too peeved.

Won't your insurance cover most of it?
Do you have a copay? I mean most of my dr's appt ( which have been many this year) I just pay my 20.00 when I go in.... our insurance before that I just payed 10% of the bill - which was usally less than the 20 copay

 WOW, I was really fortunate workign for YL all those years - I had no idea companies really worked like this. Even the place Ben works now isn't like that - as long as his stuff gets done he's good to come and go as he pleases - to a point.

Yeah, well I would have to go to the urgent care which is $50 - I hate to suffer through work, but frankly the suffering is worth the $50 to me especially after all the money I've spent on my car lately.
All the DR is going to say is "Yep, get some rest".

I'm normally not sick! This policy is mainly for people abusing the system I think, but for people like me that never use sick time I wish they would be more leniant about it.

I can take a day here an there if I want to, or come in early and leave early from time to time if need be, but yeah; they pretty much want you there or want you to have a really good reason why your not.
