yeah... take a break every once in a while and logoff. I was having the same problem until I stopped sitting here for hours at a time. wait... maybe I havent stopped.. Ive been here for the past two hours.... oh well. Good luck with your problem

if you step away from the keyboard, then come back and click on a new post it will auto refresh the page, as will hitting reply.
If you are moving from one thread to another why do you need to refresh?

sometimes i sit for hours, watching threads, same ones, constantly refreshing. can't we set up the site to auto refresh like ticker sites for sports?
