Red, White and Boom in Spartanburg with Taylor Hicks

This coming Friday, if no thunder and lightning, Taylor Hicks will be at our annual fireworks display here in Spartanburg. A local restaurant (Wade's) agreed to make their monthly vegetable billboard be "Tater Hicks".

If it's only rain, the show goes on. But it has been cancelled in previous years due to electrical storms.

BTW.. for this summer I am playing bass drum in the Spartanburg Community Band, which will also play that evening. So I get to be there freeeeeeee!
