Rant: My T5's should of been in today!

I was off today waiting for my T5 goodies to come today....well get the box and now I'm still waiting. Four uvi's bit the dust. These delivery companies are..............just annoying to say the least! How do they manage to break 4 bulbs wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded by packing peanuts in a 6x6x52 box is beyond me.
