I've spent maybe $1000 there with several different orders. I've always placed my orders online and never had to call but I did have one incident where I had everything resolved through email.

Give them time to call back or send an email about the situation and i'm sure Jason will get back with you. Their customer service has always been great in my experience.

I order almost exclusively from Premium Aquatics, always over the net though. Try sending an email, they are always very helpful.

I order everything from PA and have been doing so for years. I've never even attempted to call them, I do everything via e-mail or their online ordering system. Jason has always responded to an e-mail the same day I sent it. Usually very early in the morning or late in the day. I believe there is even something on their website that says the best way to contact them is via e-mail.

I don't think you can find them any better than Jason and PA. Of course Barry at ClamsDirect is also top notch. I have had little trouble out of any of the better known places. I do all my invert shopping there, IA and IPSF.

Premium Aquatics ROCKS!

I live 35 minutes from them...I should own stock in the company I've spent so much there...it's unusual to not get a call back practically the same day (or email) and I suggest email in place of calling...maybe both. Understand they have grown from a garage to a large warehouse to a LARGER warehouse and are swamped all the time. They help me with purchases while fielding Interent question on headsets....
Not only is Jason the most honest do-right person in business I know ~ except for myself ~ his employees are the same way. He picks them very carefully, it's quite obvious.
You can't go wrong with or do better than PA.

I am also a major fan of PA. We have always recieved great service from them (Jason evencalled me at home when an item was out of stock. He replaced it with a better item at no aditional charge). I will also agree with Barry at Clams Direct. Our club recently ordered from him and he was great to deal with.

I can back up Shirley's and the other's post about Premium,,Jason has always replied to all of my emails in timely fashion, and has worked extra hard on arranging a time for my wife to pick up a order when she goes down to Indy, take your experience as a fluke(pun intended ) . i can say it will probably never happen again

Well, Premium Aquatics is by far the best place to ever shop. I also have the pleasure of living about 20 minutes away. I personally know Jeremy there( not Jason) and he knows his stuff. Always great prices! Every time I call i usually get through but there is plenty of times that the line is busy for a while. They have limited staff and are trying to do an amazing amount of work. Be patient with them, once you get through to them, it's all good!!

Yes indeed on PA. I started using them right from the beginning on Doug, Alice's and Dick..etc etc suggestion, and I'm glad I did! Good customer service, and when there's a problem of some sort, they make it right!

Yup Cath, PA's kind of a place you want to throw money at!
on all our buying "splurges" at Premium, i got what i needed, the wife picked out what she wanted, she writes the check, we leave , and i never ask the total LOL!
(i'm not messing with a good thing!)
my wife's mantra is: we spent a lot of money on the reef, we gotta spend money to keep it going,,,,
