Posted this in ARC but worth posting here... I've been sprung from "jail"...

Sorry kids, not enough of you chipped in to the "keep Jenn IN jail fund" and the "bail her out" gang won... I was raising money for Muscular Dystrophy research....

I was picked up at 9:00 AM this morning by a nice officer who brought me down to the lockup in Woodstock, where I was printed, booked and photographed...



I already had bail of $2870 in hand but it wasn't enough - they threatened to up the ante... so I worked the phone frantically, putting all kinds of folks on the spot *g* and I was able to post bail of $3100! Most of this money came from my internet friends on my soap opera message board ( www.salemplace.com ), some charity auctions and a few generous souls in the Club and customers and vendors.

Thanks to all who donated.... I had a lot of fun.

Then they gave me a lift back home again....

Hehehe it wasn't my idea - they called me and told me there was a warrant for my arrest *g* I agreed to do it.

About a week later, the matter became personal. One of my son's classmates has a new baby brother, born in March, and shortly after he was born he stopped moving his arms and legs. He was diagnosed with Neuromuscular Atrophy. He will be lucky to get to his second birthday That motivated me to raise my bail and a bit more. For Nathan
