Where have you been Ice? We've been missing you! Or am I just oblivious and you've been here all the time?

life went completely crazy on me.
and hubby got sick
and all kinds of other stuff was going on, and still is.
lets see.....

grandmother died

uncle died

another uncle in the hospital

husband diagnosed with bipolar disorder and depressive somethingorother & some related seizure disorder ...spends lots of time in the hospital, 3 weeks at a time

i get diagnosed with major depressive disorder

we both get to play with prescription cocktails and i get to try to pick up the slack, work my job, get daughter to school and keep the house functioning

had zero time for the tanks except for the bare minimum of just making sure everyone surived

then i had birds that decided to make babies and then start plucking them, so i had a crash course in feeding baby cockatiels.

also, my dad is closing up shop and retiring, but i'm still here for a bit, helping with the last of things and tying up loose ends, which is taking much longer than we had expected...lol

So, i havn't been here much, i think from yesterday my last login date was Aug 7th 04 or something.

its been wild around here, but we think we are all feeling much better now.

Yup!

and every time i looked at my tank, growing greener and greener each week, i missed being able to come here and impose my nonsense on everyone or just lurk and be thoroughly confused.....

but i'm back!

most of my wishful ambitions in tanking are gone now (like getting MH lighting, SPS and someday getting a tank big enough to scuba dive in, stuff like that), i mean i like what i have, but i think i am ok with maintaining it now and become the best mushroom polyp reefer on the planet
