thanks, thats a start. My job at BofA is one of the more unpleasant. our team mascot is the grim reaper. My department finds all the mistakes in our mortgage loan center and so all day we get to deal with problems and get people in trouble. todays issues stem from the same old issue of being overworked and underpaid (big time) with a dash of stupid people (co-workers) creating more work for me.
