I can only imagine how much debating there will be on the news about it. I'm hearing myself saying 'shutup already'.

Just read another report on it. Seems some think it may be terrorism linked. Just what we need more reason for politicians to bash each other instead of taking the actions needed with the money we give thewm.

News just said the plane belonged to a NY Yankees pitcher
Guess he was depressed about getting knocked out of the World Series chase
I remember a story of a (postal?) employee who took to the skies in a small plane with an AK47 & was strafing the area. I think in Boston
Cory Lidle (sp) was the pitcher - only 34

If this was done because he got knocked out of the series then its not sad, its angering.

He maydayed in shortly before the crash with fuel problems, and another pilot in the area said it looked like he was trying to turn the plane back towards Laguardia

Instructor was on board.
Maybe he was trying to head for the water
Big river there & he crashes into a building
That's a bummer

Dang. That really sucks. I get panick attacks sometimes and worry about how my family would do if something happened to me. My Son has always been with just me before I got remarried from the time he was about 8 months. we went through some rough times. I would hate for him to have to go through something like that. I hope that little boy has some strong family around him that will be there no matter what.
