Paypal fee question

When does paypal charge a fee, and when does it not? I can never tell. I think it's when someone pays with a bank account = no fee. With a credit card = fee. Is that right?

Paypal charges a fee on all transactions to a "business" account.

Alright, that's one reason. What about when transactions are between individuals?

I think you were right...if it's a credit card transaction, then a fee is imposed. Otherwise, it's free. unless you have a biz account like Greg said.
