Passed Cardiology!
I passed my cardio exam today, the hardest test of the second year of medical school (maybe the hardest of the first two years). So Saturday, I'm going to reward myself by buying some blood red parrot cichlids. Some guy in Atlanta says he hays about 200...I think I can find 5 I like.

Thinking about emergency medicine. Help people when they need you the most, aren't on call 24-7, and good pay. But that's just right now, more looking at the business aspect and lifestyle of the profession. People say you change your mind w/ each rotation you go through, so we'll see.

Yeah, I've got 5 small ones right now, and all they do is hide. I'm hoping if I get some larger ones that don't have as many places to hide, maybe the smaller ones will venture out more often.

If you have any questions, just holler. And cards is indeed tough. Stupid sodium channels. Congrats on getting it over with! But IMHO, renal is more complicated - for me at least. As far as EM goes, when you get to that point, do a rotation. You'll know pretty quickly if it's for you, because we're a weird breed.
Or you could just use the following algorhythm:
Congrats!
