Jenni,
do you have two internet browsers?
if so it may have defaulted to the other. if not it is possble that you firwall may have blocked some of it. you shoudl see a new tool bar on your screen now also.

Yeah I guess we have 2 browsers, internet explorer and AOL I think it defaulted to internet explorer... how do I get it to show up on AOL since this is where i usually get on TRT???

in order to get it on the AOL, you may have to download it again, but first make aol your #1 browser, i had to do that also, i have FF and IE browers.
even though you may have saved it when you downloaded it form the web site, i woudl suggest doingoit again, sometimes it can tell which browser you are using and who is the primary

Sounds like we can start a smiley bug club, but the mods won't allow it!! Glad to have another smiley freak on board- hope u get it to work. I use IE so really can't help you.
