OT-Kerosene "conditioner'?

Just wondering if there is a product out there to remove moisture from kerosene,as the lastest kerosene i got i think has water in it,,,only place that had kerosene ,or a pump that would work just after a cold spell here.this gas station had a pump that did not pump(cold related),only to be able to get some after it warmed up a bit.I know there is "Heet" for gasoline, just wondering if there was stuff along those lines for kerosene also...
I've seen kerosene "conditioners" in the Home Improvement stores, not sure, but i think those are b4 the problem type stuff,,,
Any help here? Thanks

I didn't think water would mix with kerosene. If it's like gasoline the water will settle to the bottom and you can suck it out with a syphon or pour the kerosene off the top and leave the water in the container.

Thought so too Rick , til i had a problem with my torpedo heater last year, changed most parts in it, only to have to not run right...the guy at the store said 'specially if the K1 is stored inna metal container , it'll "sweat" and attract water,,('member, i'm in lil colder climate den u )tried new K1 and things went fine,,,This year, i'm wonderin if the "new" stuff i got was screwed up up to and duringafter the cold snap we had.(everyone else had non-functioning pumps,or were just not selling it) this shop had a pump that ran, but did not pump out only a few days ago, since it warmed up , i figgered i would try again.. not sure how much K1 this station goes thru,,,
The torpedo worked ok prob about 1 month or so ago, when i used to help dry out the dog kennels,,now i need it warm me up , while the "puppies" are outside,,LOL

Go to your local truckstop and they will have something to remove the water. I have heard of people using alcohol to help evaporate the water.

Update FWIW:
Picked up some K1 "conditioner" at Wally Mart the other day, was made mainly for the wick type heaters , but figgered it would work on my torpedo heater,,,said to "absorb" water, make the K1 smell less noticable etc. etc.
poured 1/2 the heater tank K1 back into the container, added some stuff to it, added(2x recommended dosage) to the remaining in the heater,,,,fired it up,,,still kinda the same thing,,,figgered it would have to run thru the system for a bit,,kinda did, by the time i took the cover off and checked the spark plug etc. and fired it back up , worked just fine! (think the K1 is a bit "stale" still tho,)as i could not get the cone to heat up and "red'n up" like it used to,,,even after i adjusted the pump pressure. i have noticed that b4 with other tanks o' K1 b4.
But i'll take it like it is for now,,,,
The stuff i added was not Alky based, but some Ethyl somethin or other ,,,
either way, it worked , at least to workin to my satisfaction, it did what i wanted it to do,,,
Great, now i have no excuse for not cleaning dog kennels today.
Too nice/warm to benefit me by using it, more for helping to dry out the kennels after i wash/clean them out today,,,
oh well,,,,
Just wanted to pass the outcome along,,,,

I wouldn't mind giving it a decade or two to see if I could get used to it. I swear I'm tired of Atlanta. No ocean and too much traffic.
