Ordinary people in extraordinary situation

This is not political, these folks dont base there actions on politics, just the mission, and in spite of all the bad press and what not, these people are our Dads and Moms, sisters and Brothers, friend and neighbors, they are the everyday people who believe in the life we aspire to enough to take the oath and take the plunge.
With the holidays coming up, please send prayers, best wishes, email, gift packages, whatever. Let them know that they are not alone or forgotten.
For my christmas wish I wish that at least once in my life, every soldier, sailor, marine, everywhere in the world could all be home with their family celebrating whatever they believe in, knowing that they dont have to return to the front

Thanks for that one, Doug. One of the finest collection of images about what our men and women are doing 'over there' that I've seen. The photo of the little girl holding up the sign "My Daddy, My Hero", is so touching.

I would reiterate that this isn't about politics but about real people who deserve our support, love, and prayers.
