It missed us and would have been rain anyway. Maybe Thursday or Friday. As long at there is some falling on the slopes though that is just fine.
Well got one giant PLC contraption with a touch screen done and now they want another one to do different stuff to test circuit boards. Guess I got a new line of work.

Good afternoon all! 
Back at work this week. One more trip to the new house and all the extra driving is over! The drive is getting pretty old. 163 miles each way. I think I have made it 5 times in the last 10 days. |

my opinion of realtors is really starting to drop
not like I had a much respect for them before
but I place a craigslist add to advertise my open house
and I get 40 calls from people that say they can sell my house faster than the other guy
you know what, if you have a buyer, bring them thru and I'll give you the commission you think you deserve
don't be a snake and try to steal more money from me

the funny part is they all have "blocked" phone numbers 
not a very good salesman if you don't let people know how to call you back

The biggest house in town in owned by a realtor. She only "considers" listings over a million. I am sure there are good ones, but most of them I think are not able to make a living doing much else so they open the doors and help fill out a four page offer.
Hope you move your house soon. I did a private party transaction once where we subtracted the six percent and split the difference, did our own contract and paid a real estate attorney 200 bucks to review it. The title company needed to get paid but that was it.
