The monitor looks just like my new Dell monitor... I love the monitor I got! 900:1 ratio I believe? Can't remember, but up there. Nice for graphics, even though it's LCD and not CRT. Love it!

(I just ordered a new video editing system today! computer/software/the whole 9 yards!)

Casey, our new computer is a Dell and its great. It has been great with no problems. We run alot of stuff on here to, including 3d studio max and several other programs my wife aquired when she was in school. Most of them I dont even get into cause I dont have the patience to read the books that they require to learn them.
Course, Im a TRT, e-mail and news guy and thats about it on the computer!

Our five Dell desktops at my old job all worked fine. I would ditch internet explorer and load Mozilla and remove all the trial versions of finance programs, antivirus software, AOL free trial and that stuff day one and load Pest Patrol or the spyware fixer of your choice. There were a couple of problems with their laptops and docking stations though. Those resulted in some calls that took eternity to get help enough to fix the problem.

I think the Dell desktops are a good product...just be patient if something goes wrong.
