My old boss once offered to buy me a cot to sleep here the night,.. but I declined the offer because he wouldn't pay me to sleep.

How far's the commute? If it's less than 15 minutes, than I couldnt justify sleeping at work...

It's about 30-45 min with traffic,. about 20 without.
