Ahhh no city today. I just looked at the laundry, the kitchen and the bank account I think I'm best doing the above, plus a water change and siphoning some bubble algae...

No vacation plans other than two weeks off if they don't take that away from me. I'm planning on looking into whether I can build an addition on my house, the building envelope and then get the plans to Mrs. Hop's dad who is a home designer cad person.

Building addition and bank account seem at odds with each other, Hop, but I'm sure you'll figure it out. I wouldl ove more space at our place too, but it's a long way off.

it is one of the issues I mentioned in the post about not being around as much... Grandma Hop wants to sell her gorgeous 2000 sq ft retirement home and move into some place smaller and have money to travel... The only possibility of that with the current market here is to build an addition to our home. I would be funding the addition with the sale of the other house...

Good luck on the re-fi Doug... That will be our step after the remodel.

Well I killed about 4 more nudis during a dip and found two to squeeze with tweezers while prodding around in the tank. About another hour and I'll get the blenny out of the overflow during the waterchange...
