I'm new to running, and somewhat despise it still... but there has been a step or two that have been surprisingly pleasant and could see how some may enjoy it.

Pre Navy, I ran 10 miles a day. When I was active duty, I ran almost 10 a day but really slacked off

Now, I have some pinched nerves in my lower spine and can barely move my left leg willingly LOL

Funny how life throws curve balls atcha..But hey, enjoy it while you can. Running is very relaxing imo.

What is "It"?! Remember,.. the cab of those things is only fiberglass, so though they may do allot of damage to buildings, it's going to crush the driver.

Stacy would be very upset with you!

Also, I ran 7.2 miles this morning, which was a personal best. But now I don't want to get off the couch. Unfortunately I need to go to the grocery store. Maybe I'll get one of the motorized carts at the store.
Good job! I need to get back into the Gym,.. I've been doing outdoor exersizes lately though (Hiking, and running around the track),.. so I haven't been slacking off.

That stinks
Relaxing? I don't see it that way,.. I think Mountian biking, singletrack riding, and backpacking, and camping is very relaxing though

Great job on the run this morning. Have you thought about getting to the point of doing a race or half marathon? A new goal since the competition at work is over?

I picked a bike up for like $60, course all the junk I put on it to night ride and a good seat and new tubes and such made it $150,.. but still well worth it
