Midnight Snack
Just thought I would share a midnight snack with you all!
I asked them in chat what kind of steak I should cook and they all said Filet mignon! Boy weren't they surprised! I love getting a side of beef and a whole hog butchered!

Did you eat all three? I guess there's still snow on the ground in MN so you couldn't grill em outside.

Ummm...that sounds like a Carolina Pig Pickin' (which my husband and I used to host, believe it or not). I can bring Pig Pickin' Cake - Yellow cake with pineapple cream frosting....
