Microsoft powerpoint help quick


Im doing a group assignment.

Each member of the group did a portion of the work on powerpoint.
Each members work was save on a flash usb drive as a seperate presentation for each member.

How Do I megre all of the different saved presentations into one and put them into the proper order to form the final presentatio?

just open each one and cut then paste the pages into a final copy.

to select all the pages just go to the page view where you see a thumbnail of them all and click on page 1... then hold down shift and click on the last page and it will select them all. right click on one of them and select cut, then go to the place you want it in the new presentation and right click and select paste.

so I take one of the files....... open....... then got insert new slide and paste into there?


Now may to hold and drag?

yup, don't forget to hold down the shift key when selecting the pages/slides.
