For you people that don't know how here it is in a few easy steps.
Hit the printscreen key on your keyborad(upper right) open microsoft paint and press ctrl + v. Tada! save your pic,upload, and post.

Same here, way big bitmap file, itried shrinking it and converting to jpg, no luck
