A 1158hp car is more like an EIGHT SECOND OR LESS car...

Its 4 wheel drive so you know the take offs are good. Yes you may be able to crunch it with a stump jumper but you have to catch it first haha

The Skyline comes with about 300BHP stock.

The Skyline already comes with twin turbo inline 6 engine

and intercooler, so I would imagine that they would upgrade the

turbo's/larger intercooler, strengthen the block, stronger studs,

forged internals/pistons/valves/springs/retainers/crankshaft,

balance & blueprint the engine, bore the cylinder walls for

displacement/larger pistons, port/polish the intake manifold,

performance ECU, aggressive cam grind, performance cam

gears/underdrive pully's, HIGH performance exhaust system, high

performance fuel system.

after everything is said and done I imagine your looking at about

$25,000-$30,000 in performance upgrades. HOWEVER, if you

spend $90,000 on a car.....whats $30,000 to ya?

prelude 2.3si... well you would be a good challenge for my truck.
i like to think in reality for a while...there is no way i'll ever be able to afford a car thats 90grand... but its fun to dream sometimes, right?

ive got a 3.9l dakota - mods i have done... only cold air intake, and throttle body spacer, still waiting on the exhaust to arrive from gibson-full cat-back. i have a 180 stat.... when the exhaust arrives i will buy a chip... so i started off with 175 hp stock... when all is said and done i will have about 240-245hp... then i might buy a super charger with about 10lbs of boost... i dont want to mess with nos.

what kinda mods have u done/plan on doing on your prelude?

-don

My future list of performance mods:

1996 Honda Prelude Si 2.3L block with 2.2L VTEC head.

JUN: 5.1kg flywheel, cams, springs, titanium retainers, sprockets, tuned ecu.

CROWER: connecting rods, pistons, crank.

AEM: CAI, pully, cam gears, fuel rail, fuel regulator

ACT:6-puck race disk clutch

MUGEN: exhaust, suspension, radiator cap, thermostat.

FMAX: ball bearing turbo w/intercooler w/accessories, turbo timer, VTEC afc controller.

MISC: head gasket, C/F hood(lighter weight)

Once engine mods are complete (- the turbo) I will have the engine balanced and blueprinted. My hope is to make this car a Supra Killer!!

NO RICE!!! NO PERFORMANCE STICKERS!! JUST A HOT HOODED SLEEPER!!
