Like maybe Monday part 2?
I need to change the bulbs in my home office to sunlight type CF replacements, as well as look into St johnswort or some herbal remedy for SAD, I have dealt with this for years. as i get older and lose relatives this time of year, it gets worse and now that I work late Swing shift, its getting on twilight when I leave for works and pretty near dark when I get there, of course at 1:30 am its DARK

Doug I am sorry to hear that SAD affects you. I think we suffer a little around here too with the long winters. I took Vit D last winter and I have to say I really think it helped. They say an occasional visit to a tanning booth can help too.
Hope the bulbs help out!

Heya everyone.
Doug when I lived on top of that mountain way up north it was grey and cold with mean people for months and I could tell it had an effect on a lot of people. If you are partial to those conditions try and hit all the sunrises you can and maybe Amy is on to something with those tanning booths.

Good Morning everyone.

I am a new Aunt, my Brother had a baby boy yesterday at 5:02pm.
I am sad that I wan't get to see him till around Christmas. My sister and Dad are going to take LOTS of pics for me though.

Congrats! He'll be more fun to interact with by Christmas, they are cute from the start, but the first handful of weeks they are still adjusting to the outside world and get overwhelmed easily, not much real interaction if you know what i mean.
