It's the weekend...

... and I can't turn my brain off.

At work an odd person way up the food chain dogged out our volleyball league as being too "cliqueish". We went out and got the first trophy in 20 years and it would seem like there would be more to worry about.

Today the floor starts going down. It is supposed to be sunny and 89 though so we are going to the ranch supply to get some saddle hangers then head to finish getting the barn ready to move Dumas in. I'll get some pics of his new digs.

I also have a tank stand to finish. The build thread is started in GRD for anyone who cares to take a looksee.

Have a great Saturday everyone!!! My kitchen is too destroyed right now to come up with breakfast, but I'll make some strong get to the weekend chores kind of coffee you can take with you to Home Depot.

Only jealous people pervert "Team Building" into "Cliqueishness." He's just peeved because he couldn't make the team.

Good Morning Gang.
Yards Sales are so different here. They have them Friday in the day and Sat. But Friday seam to be the day that people come. I have been open since 6am and have only had two people even drive by. Yesterday I opened at 7am and couldn't get it open soon enough for the people.

Morning, I'm debating between running to the store for coffee or staying in bed

Dick
Your probably right Dick. On all company sports I put up flyers and email the entire company and who shows up is who plays. We don't pick out the ringers. On our volleyball team it was interesting that everyone that showed up was also an A player at work.

Well I did an exploratory nudge on Cynthia who came in late from girls night in. Looks like Whiskey Dog will be my date to go get some of those little sanding blocks at Home Depot for the cabinetry.

Not a cloud in the sky here and it is already in the 70's. Hope all of you get beautiful weather, except for those of you that need some rain.

Just so, Dick. Perry - you had a good time, and you won. Doesn't get much better than that.

Friday yard sale wouldn't work here.
...passes Stacy a cup of coffee and sandwich so she can keep a watch out on her stuff.

Coffee's right here, KIA. Relax.

Laundry detail here, then I'm going to make a fruit salad (local peaches and blackberries) for church tomorrow. We have a new priest, and tomorrow is his first Sunday Going with Bob to a pool party this afternoon.

See ya

That sounds like a great fruit salad Cath.

Took Whiskey Dog to HD at prime time by accident. That took an hour to cross the store so everyone could pet him. I got more paper towels too for those folks that took a peek at our build thread.

Well, here goes. I am installing a floor diagonally across a room full of angles. I got an A in geometry, but that was a while back.

Well taking a break and it looks like everyone is farming on Facebook or something today.

The wood floor is going right in, but wow what a lot of measuring and cutting. They have some archaic law that you can only buy 3.2 beer at the supermarket, but I got some as there are power tools and geometry going at the same time. That stuff reminds me of my Navy days when they served that swill on base at the club.

Hope Saturday is going well for all of you!
