i think you should have a smoke for free card for the next year.

Oddly enough Danyen and I both were tempted to smoke this weekend......perhaps it was the family gatherings. And it's been three years for both of us.

If anyone wants it I can give you Regi's quiting smoking plan

I was sucessful using Chantix, if the cold turkey thing doesn't treat you well you might check that out.

Another tip I have for you is hit the gym, It's a great way to get rid of ansigity and stress - that was one of the toughest things for me, finding a healthy way of dealing with the emotinal link ciggerets had for me (The ability to step away and just unspool). I didn't realize that was there until I quit.

I'm thinking family gatherings might be an excuse! This is going to be a tough one for me too actually.

I'll see what happens. I've quite cold turkey twice. Once before I met my wife, just said I hate the smell and quit for 2 years. Then met my wife who smoked and then befor emy dad died I quit cold turkey for several months. I just need to commit to not picking it up again The gym will probably be a good thing! I need to get the wife to start playing racquet ball with me

Today is my lucky day! I was just emailed by Geoffry Payne. He works for a big banking firm in Brittan and appearently I had a family member die

Good news is that I am entitled to a large estate due to my being the closest living relative. We are talking millions of pounds here

I just need to send Geoffry Payne a one time processing fee in order to collect my inheritence!!!!

I'm almost bored enough to return the email and see how much he wants as a one time processing fee.

And login/password to the bank site, they will take care of the amount of the "fee" for you with no hassles!

I actually got one similar to that and they actually asked for the name of my bank, the website, and login information to "take care of it for me in my dire times of family death".
