Well got out the dremel and with the tips from my surfing expatriate homey at the trim shop that is doing the seats got an insert apart. All you gotta do is grind around each heat staked post in the door panel, use a punch to drive it out, cover the insert panel, then plastic weld it all back together.

The shop owner sold me a yard of the exact Jeep vinyl so there won't be a bunch of clashing going on. Van Gogh the Sheltie that caused all the damage hung out and helped me all evening. This might be done by tomorrow night.

I don't know much but if anyone needs to repair a door panel I am all over it!
