That is exactly what I am saying, their treatment is in a limited span of the em spectrum (radio waves)... The trick would be to widen the spectrum into a broader section of the em (electromagnetic) spectrum (into the visible light spectrum), i.e., a "blacker" black as the original post suggests. Theoretically, it "should" be possible, as we make substances that absorb different parts of the em spectrum now, it should just be a matter of finding something that will absorb the spectrum we want removed without any reflectance nor re-emittance at the wavelengths of visible light...
