I'm going to jail.. do not pass go, do not collect $200.
Actually I have been asked to collect $2500... for Muscular Dystrophy research!
I did this 2 years ago and managed to collect $3100 but that was with 2 months' lead time and a LOT of help.

The picture is from the Jail or Bail I did 2 years ago.
I was inspired by a friend's son, Nathan, who had just been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy when I did the last fundraiser. Sadly, Nathan died just shy of his 6-month birthday.
I don't have as much lead time this year but I'm going to do my best to raise as much as I can for this worthy cause.

Many thanks - every dollar helps!
2 years ago, when I did this, I challenged the members of my message board - send in $1 if they loved the board, send $2 if they hated it but couldn't help but read it every day  I got tons of $1 checks (and a couple of $2 ones!)... it's amazing how fast those can add up - so no amount is too small.

And with all the good advice and knowledge you have, you're worth every penny!! Think of all the money reefers have saved from your great advice- maybe that can help raise money too. You are a huge contributor to spreading good reef keeping skills to the community!
