Yea Just Have Fun And Get To Know Her! Thats The Best Way! Also I Always Found That Go Carts And Paintballing And Things Like That Are Usually Fun For Both And A Great Way To Build On A Relationship! So Just Have Lots Of Fun And Really Get To Know Her As Well As Do Some Of The Things She Likes! I Have A Shark Tank And Surprisingly Girls Do Dig It! Just Dont Opverwhelm Her With It And Sound Like A Nerd Talking About It But Once She Does Come Over And If She Asks About It (which She Probably Will) Just Tell Her About It! They Usually Are Into It Because Of How Beautiful Your Tank Is And How Relaxing As Well! Go Take Her To Do Something She Like Too Though And Surprisingly Enough You Might Just End Up Liking It Too! Good Luck And Ask Anything You Want! I Think We Can Work Together And Help You Achieve Your Goal! Good Luck Man!

What ever it is you end up doing I suggest you try this approach.

1) Get some form of good solid idea on what you want to do, any of the above are good. especially the fun things like gocarts amusment parks ect. Dinner....go with something really messy like finger food (ribs, crab legs ect). It is good at generating conversation.

Personally I would stay as far away from a movie as possible. It gives them too much time to think about what the hell they are really doing here and if you like them or not.....and it makes time after the movie uncomfortable.

2)When you pick her up ask her if she has any idea's on what she would like to do. 90% chance she will not have any ideas. At this point you say perfect cause you got everything planned. Be decisive and don't hum and ha about it. If she doesn't really like something in your plan she will let you know. I may be mistaken but every women I know likes someone who can make a decision.

3)Have a good time and show tons of interest in her and let her know you are having fun.....but also let her know how much you hate the whole set-up deal and the akwardness of first dates...or dating in general. This makes for more good conversation during the silent moments.

And if you work with her.....try not to talk about work.

If the situation lends itself to do this, why not do a double date thing? If one of the other "couple" is from yours/hers work , that might make it a lil easier, thern you can chit chat about workplace stuff.(you don't have to enjoy it, just let it help you break the ice a bit.)\
All my blind dates have been a disaster until my last one LOL,,going on 15 yrs married,,,,,

Yeah Stay Away From The Work Conversation And If You Have Things Planned It Makes You More Appealing Because With Reservations You Dont Have To Wait In Line And Such! Dinner Sounds Good But Have Fun Too! Why Dont You Just Rent The Movie Hitch And Watch It By Youreslf A Few Days Prior To The Date! A Lot Of The Things In There Said Are True And Have Worked For Me. But Be Realistic About It! Some Of Those Are Bad Ideas But Some Are Good! Trust Me! I Know What I Am Saying Because When It Comes To Women I've Made Some Of The Biggest Mistakes But Now All That Has Paid Off! I Know Know What To Do/say And Still Be Me! I Develpoed A Comfort With The Opposite Sex In High School That Was Not There During My Middle School Years!! Be Calm, Cool, And Collected! Dont Worry About It And Enjoy Yourself!

Oh And Double Dating Is Ok But Most Women Will Tell You They Prefer Single Dates Because It Leaves More Room For You Guys To Focus On Each Others Interests And Personalities.

Lol... well...
there is another small problem...

HAHAHAHA...OK now there is a problem.....first you must find out why she is a vegie. Some do it for no other reason then healthy eating.....and some do it because they think it is cruel to roast fluffy ofer an open fire!

If she does it for healthy eating then there will be no problem.....if it is the other reason the you are SOL my friend...

If you can get over the fact that you work together and will have to see each other every day if things don't work out, I can guarentee that she already know you eat tasty animals. Just don't eat Fluffy, eat Bessie.
Try Christmas lights as a date(mentioned above) it will keep you from having to have too much eye contact until you are comfortable. Or if you like live music try a Club, no one says that you have to drink.
If you want to stand out stay away from the typical dinner and a movie.
Personally I would love the Lights as it is a little different, nostalgic, a little juvenile, can be romantic and something most men wouldn't think of,
then let nature take its course.

You should never date anyone at or from your place of employment. It's a BIG no-no. But you're going to anyway.....Uh?
I vote that you take her to a strip club. : P

What do you think?
I must disagree here. A movie is a horrible first date. You're trying to get to know someone. Sitting in a quiet theater for two hours isn't exactly condusive to this.

Start going to clubs, start drinking and doing wild things. Problem solved.

Really though, a movie isn't bad if you can hit an early movie and do a later dinner. Discussion of the movie can help break the ice for deeper conversation(like the advantages of a DSB).
