The fatkins diet is more a state of mind. Its asking yourself, "would this be better with gravy?", its ignoring all instructions about draining grease because theres nothing like shiney taco meat. basically if you rub a food item on a piece of paper and you can't read through the paper.... its not Fatkins approved

I really don't think that licorice is that bad for you.... at least until you batter it and deep fry it.
