you can use a debit card on there also as long as it says visa or mc I believe you can also use paypal. I just use the visa option and usually get them in a few daz. Any problems holler and I will walk you thru it.

you can call and ask them. Maybe you can pay with a money order in the mail or have a griend buy them with and pay them the cash perhaps

I don't know if they get hooked on nicotine, i suppose you could use them skoal bandits, the chew that comes in the little tea bag thingy, just drop a few in your sump so they get their fix 
Definatly not sharing the vodka with the tank tho, I would be more apt to use holy water for top off
