Having trouble with pagebuilder on geocities

I can't get into pagebuilder on my website on geocities. It comes up with an error message then shuts down explorer. I'm now using XP, which has been a royal pain in other areas, is that the problem?

I went on the geocities forum and looked around -looks like lots of other people are having the same problem and they're not getting any replies from yahoo (geocities).

Has anyone here figured this out?
