Good morning, Doug, and all the rest.
Thanks for the French Roast and yogurt. I'll add bagels, scones, oranges, bananas, and cranberry/black raspberry juice to go along with that. Go back to bed, Dou.

Oklahoma Women played great basketball last night. I'm glad that their men's team didn't play that well against the Heels this past weekend.
See you all later today.

Happy April Fool's Day, Everyone!
Kentucky announced the hiring of Calipari from Memphis to coach basketball at $4M a year....that's an April Fool's joke, right??
Somehow, the measure of a person's worth has shifted. Time was, college basketball was fun but now, it's big business. Meanwhile, colleges are experiencing budget cuts and laying off teachers. That's just cockeyed.
Anyway, have a fun day,
Dick

Morning everyone.
Well my PLC based project worked fine for production, but then development pushed the buttons in weird orders ignoring the prompts and said it was not robust enough. That should have been expected as I turned out something in my skunkworks that is fancier than anything that whole team has done.
I figured out a better way to make this thing idiot (read engineer) proof, and will consider the bar raised to that level now for everything.
Now when the buttons are not pushed it comes up with a "please try to push the indicated button message. Just gotta do a jillion logic gates to force the correct path.
Alright...c'mon coffee so I can get started.

you better make sure they can touch the screen with 2 fingers at a time
an older model machine came out with a touch screen option, it crashed everytime you used 2 or more fingers

My daughter's teacher sent all her students home yesterday with fake detention slips to give their parents this morning. She almost got grounded for the weekend
so i sent her into class this morning with a small baggie with white rice in it and told her to tell her teacher that she has "rice" but to say it in a way that it sounds like she said she has "lice"....

Not quite sure what kind of devious prank to pull off today. I thought about calling my mother to tell her that the wedding is off It's her birthday though and she has gotten so many gag gifts over the years that the novelty has worn off.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.
