Randy, i have not been big on candy and stuff for years, I used to have a horrible Ice Cream jones but got past that.
now I am trying to snack on fruit or veggies over the course of the day, along with light meals so theres always something processing, rather than skipping breakfast, drive thru lunch and beer to suppress appetite, so I don't gorge self with dinner.
Its all about retraining my life as it were, and theres so many facets that I have to temper the changes
