Gonna park my GS in the Noob Manor stable if all goes well. Geez 8.7 gallon gas tank on a bike..could drive to your house with that much range.

That's big - 8.7g, I think I have 4.5g on my ACE Shadow

Put a new basement door in, hope that helps keep the basement warmer
The old one did not close right, original to house from the 50's - 2" think wood.

I didn't get my wires run for the flying ghosts & ghouls
Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny & 58 - have to do it tomorrow
Forecast for the 30th sunny & 55
Not that they can accurately forecast 10 days out

beer?

Everything is back up & running
Just some wires pulled out of the extension cord due to the wind
Cleaning off the front porch now to build the floor & insulate

Perry gotta link to that bad boy?
I really miss riding, I am smarter than to try and keep up with youngsters on MXers but I do like a nice point A to point B cross country trip, map nav no GPS

After I first got into dirt bikes, after about 50 miles of hardcore intro, my partner and I rode from a point E of 395 and hiway that passes Borax and Edwards, anyway x country and wound up on the hwy south of Barstow? over by the Nevada border.
It was intense, I was riding a XL 200 following a YZ WR 250 set up for desert racing, and I have about 40 lbs on the YZ rider, esp carrying extra gas for the Yamerhammer, I topped of the XL once

Put up my flying ghost & ghoul
They are sound activated, which I really don't like
I'd prefer On, off, sound activated
Instead they have on, off, on with sound

Maybe I can rewire them for next year

I used 50 lb fishing line to suspend them between the house & the tree
I have a pulley up in the tree & a window sash weight to keep the line taught. I have a 3rd pulley in the tree to suspend "something"
Undecided so far what I will hang up there

Thinking of the attached bike. I could ride that down even our poorly maintained streets trick or treating. It's a R1200GS adventure.

Yes, I should be able to bypass the motion detector
Just not sure I want to mess with it 1 week before Halloween

Nice bikes, my last off/on road was a little Honda 100
Not enough room to ride around here, but I'm sure people do find areas

$100 for the bike??? How warm?? I'll take one at that price

Well, This year I decided to do something I've never done before. It's going to be the first year my 3 y/o (B-day on 11/19) will actually get to "Trick or Treat". I have been looking forward to it since last year. Then I got hurt in Nov 05. Then I get Cancer in Aug 06. Now I start Chemo On Oct 31. Going to be one hell of a day going through 5 hours of Chemo and then going walking for hours. I am very dertermined not to miss that night with my daughters though!

My wife is taking our 3 month old out with some of her friends who have kids. We have 2 different costumes that they had for their kids & passed on to us. One of course is a pumpkin...not sure what the other one is
