Still decorating, I spent 2 hours going thru things & putting bulbs in the new decorations. I have 3 inflatables on the roof now
2 are Gargoyles - 8' tall, and a 6' tall skull

dave i love the skeleton and cross gravestone!
how tall is that?

Well the main structure went up yesterday, we started at 8 am and stopped at 6pm. roof goes on tonght.. i have off tuesday and wednesday to finish everythign up..

gfx, yes that is the juggernaut from 13ghosts. that will be my live character this year.. we even build the box they hold him in.. including Latin writting on the front!
There will be a ton of pictures later sometime this week , and even a movie or two once we edit it.

we have already started to get ideas for next year..
the over all structure is close to 45 feet x 35 feet. we ended up using tar paper ( 14$ a roll) and weed blocker to help do the outter walls, we have a really bright corner street light...

i will be looking for mold casting books during the summer, so i can do my own face molds and masks. we really dont care for many of the masks out there, most of the stuff we do now is laytex anyway.. spent friday night in make up forming for the face parts.
finally finished off the music for the haunted house too. we have two sets running at the same time.. one for my son's area.. that one is going to be tooo cool. wait till you see the testing video! the other will be a 33 minute continous loop for people out side. when it ends that wil be our 5 minute break time to refill everything and cool down and check everything.
