Always wanted a skeleton in a cage. Had some spare pvc pipe and particle board so made this bony prisoner to hang in my witch scene. Used a piece of Creepy Cloth and gave him a vest which adds to the spooky look, especially if the breeze blows it around. I love these jabber jaws skels. I have 7 of them and you can do some cute stuff.

Two "granite" columns I made. Top/bottom pieces are pink foam. The column is a cardboard cement tube cut to length. Gave them each a base coat of gray and a top coat of Fleck Stone Granite spray. Awesome stuff that looks so real!
You can distress the foam to give it a chiseled, cracked look. I use a heat gun and box cutter. The gargoyles were from Target.

Our witch that goes up the first week of October. She sits on the railing of our foyer roof and looks out on the street. The kids in the neighborhood watch for her every year and know that "it's on" when we put her out. When they walk to and from school, they slow down, stare at her and whisper to each other. We just smile!

Thanks! I used this fog chiller plan. Works well. You can use a shorter piece of 3" pvc if you need to. I freeze water bottles and load them into the tube. They last as long as TOT hours and beyond.

A better shot of the dragon. I can drill out the back and pipe fog through the mouth this year. I might also add some red led's to the eyes.

ONLY 60 days left until halloween decorations start going up!!

I have a trench dug out front for 3 new 20a circuits
That will give me an additional 60a of power right where I need it

So total power available will be:
60a in new circuits
20a on either side of the house
20a on the front porch
20a from back yard outlet
20a from Pool cabana outlet

That's 160a, that should be enough for Halloween
For Christmas I'm going to need MORE POWER
I have 2 more outlets I can split off into seperate circuits

I'm going to be waiting for that BIG CLICK when the main breaker goes out
I have about 40 Gemmy inflatables for Halloween, 50 for Christmas
I'm now a distributor/seller of them

I need more storage. I just enclosed a 5' x 15' area for storage
I'm building a 8'x24' deck that then wraps around the sunroom another 8' x 8'. The area underneath will be enclosed for storage

I have 3 hard wired timers that can handle (6) 20a circuits

Man now I am sorry I moved. Setting up the big display at the mansion would have been fun.
