I'm surprised they've gotten away with it as long as they have. Promoting negative ethnic stereotyping is such a no-no these days, even if the ethnic group is long extinct.
We hillbillies especially empathize with the poor caveman and ought to sic our dawgs on those announcers.

Actually by focusing stereotypes and rebutals on an extinct race they can make them the butt of all the stereotypes and rebutt them after the fact, in effect its PC to be un PC

The ads with actors/singers are TERRIBLE, but personally I think that the caveman ones are great! I actually laugh at them sometimes...

I'd LMAO if i heard of a caveman coalition that comes forward and announces their disdain for portraying cavemen in a negative way,,,,,,,
The two squirrels that high-five each other after sending the sedan into a tree(or whatever it was portrayed to crash into) made me chuckle a few times , after i prob shoulda tho,,,,
The gecko was a snore from the beginning IMO,,,
And the actor stuff,,,grew old after a few viewings,,
And ditto, i heard of a TV network, working on putting out a caveman show, something along the lines of how they handle being in current day, in modern Atlanta,,,, (also rumored to only have bought just the pilot,,,,,so that's a good thing LOL)
