its just a series of rises and falls. When I get like that I try to eat as much hot soup and spicy stuff as I can, but I dont get that hot usually.

And the laundry mat rased the prices to $1.00 to wash, and $0.75 to dry!

Hope Erin gets better quick too. Wish I could help you on the Vit D, that was a problem allot of people had in WA though,.. always raining so they were always inside and lack of sunlight has some interesting effects.

in the Nawthern part of the Pacific Northwestt they suffer from a variety of SAD callled Wet Seasonal Affective Disorder. Remember they call Seattle the Emerald City, cause of all the moss everywhere

Dont feel bad buddy its 1.50 to wash and 25 cents for 7 mins drytime 
unless i do it in the complex then its 1.75 to wash and 1.75 to dry

Wow! that is nuts! My old complex was $0.50 to wash and dry,.. and they had nice kept up macheens,.. that was nice.
