I had a 15 gallon with a ClS and a sump, the CLS even had 2 returns through a SCWD.

the shivering is your body telling its self its cold and trying to warm it up more. You must have something nasty in there its trying to kill off. Once you start sweating your home free.

Geez, maybe I should leave this thread before I catch something?
Hope Erin gets better quick too. Wish I could help you on the Vit D, that was a problem allot of people had in WA though,.. always raining so they were always inside and lack of sunlight has some interesting effects.

I've done the sweating thing 4-5 times, then I go back to shivering... I've never been sick like this, it's horrible! I can usually work sick, but I couldn't even walk up stairs yesterday.

I do this all the time,.. but my coffee maker is a single cup deal so that's probably why it works for me.
