I'm an Eagles fan... among many others. I'm a music freak, esp. classic rock from '70s, some '80's.

Me too! (minus the laser disc and reel-to-reel parts). If I'm ever in a crappy mood, I plug in the tunes and crank it up. Instant change in mood.

Though I have to admit... I love all kinds of music. Not just classic rock. I'm not crazy about rap or the newer, scream-fests they are calling punk or metal nowadays. But I like big band, blues, even some classical. Go Vivaldi!

Woo hoo! Welcome home Erin.

So I'm watching my buddies 4 tanks while he's out of town. Last night I went over and the seahorse tank top-off had failed. So I just topped it off with RO, fed all the tanks, and gave him a call.

Today, I go over there, after I feed the seahorse tank (which I did first), everything in the fish room cut off. The power tripped. And actually, every GFCI plug in the house stopped working. And I think the AC died too. But get this... none of the breakers were tripped except for the AC one. And when I flipped it back on, still nothing. It's as if one of the 110Vac poles isnt coming into the house anymore. Any ideas?

Anyways. I got an extension cord and plugged the return pumps and chillers in, but everything off down. He's probably worried sick, but I did all I could other than rewiring the house.

Okay, so I went down to ride motorcycles,.. the way they do this is they have one leader, and a string of 15 bikes with test riders on them and they take you for a 17 mile ride through the city. The first time I rode a HyperMoto 1100 which was a killer bike, the next time there was an opening on there Super bike,.. the 848.

Due to a string of red lights I managed to get seperated from the group and LOST on it

I came in about 9 min late to a GLARING ride leader feeling like a real fool I was worried they thought I stole it,..

Yikes! That stinks Glad you were able to set something up,.. the only thing I can think is maybe a breaker is broken,.. they do wear out. Did you try shutting the breakers off and back on again? Did you try to "test" and "Reset" the GFI plugs? Are they the type with the red light that tells you when they are off?

yeah, I flipped off all the breakers, then back on. I tried to cycle the GFCI, but if they don't have power, you can only flip them off. No resetting a dead GFCI. I took one out of the wall to see if it had power coming in, and it did not. Kind of glad it's not my problem, but it's a pity my buddy isnt around to troubleshoot more (I was over there for about 2 hours).
