The sad part is, just being in this hobby for the amount of time I have been in it (About 3 months), I truly believe I know more about it than my LFS does. That is depressing.

The biggest problem in the hobby is there are many ways to do everything and what works for some won't work for someone else- alot also depends on what the individual is trying to accomplish for their reef.
My critters would not be all that happy in a crazy high flow /MH's/ and super skimmed tank
Most LFS try to sell what works or has worked for them in the past regardless of what the person is trying to accomplish.

That is part of why I think the LFS is going to be history soon and I don't think it will be very long before it happens. Too many have tunnel vision and think there are two ways to do things - their way and the wrong way. And that simply isn't true.

I am working everyday for the rest of the month
But I got a new client to "coach" and he works in a vet office! SO while he is cleaning kennels...I get to pet the pups
