So lets see em.
Your best homemade hot wings recipes.
Id add my own but I dont have any. A brewery in my town has the KIND...........but would love to make some of my own...so throw em down
The guy makes them using habaneros....and i always tell him to step on them. One night a few years ago i made the mistake of telling him he couldnt make them too hot. WELL........i ate 3 of them because i ate them kinda fast...my friend only ate one before smartening up and my stomach wasnt right for 3 days.
Ever heard of the phrase, "praying for splashbacks"?? lol
I never dared the cook again. "Really hot" will be fine thank you

my secret is to get the blazin sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings
http://www.buffalowildwings.com/index2.asp
coat lightly, and bake to 35 minutes
have plenty of water to drink while eating, cause it's the hottest sauce the sell
my wifes Aunt got me hooked on the stuff.
She didn't think I would actualy use it

Well,.. You get chicken wings, coat them with flower and put them in your deep fryer thingy (Like a crockpot but full of vegitable oil and it gets much hotter) for about 12 min,.. on a really hot setting (I forget,.. it's the highest mine goes)
While all that is going on, you take some margrine, or butter (about 1/3 the total amount of sause your making) and melt it in the microwave contraption, this doesn't take long. Then you add to it 2/3'ds Franks Red hot sause speciffically. Not the wing sause,.. it's weaker.
I like to sprinkle a little more flower on the wings when they come out,.. then drench them in the sause.
And your good to go!

I don't know why, but for some reason, I go CRAZY for Tortellini. Especially a REALLY good tortellini, with all kinds of fried veggies tossed in. Pour over a Pesto sauce, and I loose it. Get out of my way!!!!
hehehe
