Joanne you need:
4 Eyebolts (2 screw in type and 2 bolt type)(the bolt type need to be the right size to fit in holes in your bracket)
2 washers and 2 nuts for the bolt type eyebolts
Enough cable(wire rope) to go from the ceiling to the tank 3 times.(2 times really with enough to make loops - that's why I said 3 times) You shouldn't need any cable thicker than 1/8"
Clamps for the cable (you can clamp it several ways - this is the cleanest)
or you can get this type of clamp:
