Finally a permanent home for our new tank
Well instead of a 70 mile commute through icky winter coming we got a place on the course. It is 100 yards to the clubhouse or a sandwedge to the first green. In the winter I guess my job is to fire up the snow plow and let everyone else get to work since I am walking there.
Christy gets to ride a horse and take the tourists one day a week. The view of the course is what we see from the living room and the last picture shows the place to the right and the clubhouse and barn for the equipment to the left.
We are pretty dang happy and have to remember to fire up the cars now and then. It will be quads and snowmobiles for us except for the once a month trip "down the hill".

Oh yeah you could not count on both hands the number of folks that told me I was "ruining" my career.

What a great find, Perry! Is the photo on the right the place you're living? Looks really nice.
You sound happy and Christy looks happy on horseback, so just what part of 'career' do those friends not understand??
Commuting is such a big part of most of our days and it has to be wonderful to 'buy back' that time spent on the road.
Good for you!
