Fathers Day BBQ's
How many of You are going to do a BBQ or smoke on Fathers Day?
I'm going to try a 8lbs brisket, I have it in the fridge with the rub on it, Homemade rub. I plan on slow cooking in the smoker for 13 hours. I will post pictures.
Lets all share our BBQ plans and pictures. I'm new at smoking meats, Lots of fun.

We BBQ'd tonight Vince since we have to pick up Cynthia's horse tomorrow.
We had ribeye steaks, prawns and grilled up mushrooms and miniature bell peppers and some corn. I am ready to explode, but wow was it all good.
I wish we had room for a smoker like yours.

Not sure what I am going to do today. Probably smoke a ham if I can figure out how. If I can't figure out how, gonna burn a ham.

one good thing is I have a remote digital thermometer, and I can monitor the temp of the cooking chamber and be indoors and not in the heat all day1

Gonna throw on a bunch of Ribeyes, might have to snag some prawns as well, when I run into town

Its a little too hot here to mess around outside all day, so we are going to head into town and let the restaurant take care of the grilling for us.
That brisket does look good, and ribeyes with prawns sound great as well.

Don't have to worry about my pictures being red, The rain and winds came and You know the rest, The canopy blew on to the roof of the house, LOL, first time I used this one, Was for the race track, OH well
