Fall in Vermont!

Hi All! This is a pic of me in "AL's" restaurant where they are well renowned for their french fries in Vermont and a pic of maple trees when we were there in the fall. Johnny

Beautiful fall colors!

It's been so warm here that the leaves are just barely starting to turn. If the "real" rain would just hold off for a while longer, we might get one of those autumns where we have the crunchy dry leaves on the ground. We don't get that too often here

Oh man, I miss those autumns like in the pic. Oregon has a ton of evergreens trees, so we don't get those seas of red, yellow, oranges, etc. I remember autumn in Maryland was like that, just awesome to see!

And yes Alice, I haven't seen a 'dry' autumn in Oregon since I moved here 15 years ago. I think my kids would love jumping in a huge pile of leaves. One problem, the wind keeps blowing them out of our yard!! Is that really a problem???

Sure looks like you are enjoying those fries!
Beautiful colors in that foliage shot! I'm not sure we're going to have much color here due to the weird weather.
