This came in via email to our Helpdesk yesterday..

"Left a voice mail for Keisha. I broke the 'jee' key on my laptop (the letter between f and h).
I’m usinq the ‘q’ key (letter between p and r) as a substitute for now.
I’m qoinq out of town tomorrow, returninq Wed., 9/25, if that window works for repair or some other solution.

Help, help, help. Please call or come by today."
