I got a Dell Demension like yours about 5 months ago.
The computer is awesome!! The service and costumer
support are poor. I put it on a dell account and after the first month they tacked on a ton of undisclosed fees. I closed that acount the second I received the first bill and will never buy through them again, unless it is for there PC/laptop and a cash sale.
Other then that it is a fast machine with out any hick-ups.

I have been very impressed with Dell computers and their support. We have a state contract with Dell, and all of our computers are purchased from them. If we ever have a problem I can call them and have replacement parts the next day. I don't know what the support is like for regular customers though. I am sure they pay special attention to us since we order about $25,000 in computers each year.
